Where can I see these prints in person?
Selected prints are on display and available for purhase onsite at the Frette ABC showroom, located at 888 Broadway, 3rd Floor, New York, New York.

Are the prints signed by Bibiana?
Yes. All prints are signed by the artist along with her signature red seal, dated and numbered with the edition.

Do you have other photographs available for purchase?
Yes. If there is another photograph of Bibiana's that you've seen on this website or somewhere else that you would like a print of, please contact the studio for more details.

How long will it take for my order to ship?
Please allow 2-5 business days for order processing. All orders are shipped with FedEx, with options for Ground, 2-Day and Overnight. You will receive an email notification containing the tracking information when your order ships.

Where do you ship?
Our online ordering system is currently configred to accomodate orders shipped to the contiguous 48 states. For orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, overseas territories or internationally, please contact the studio and we would be happy to make arrangments.

What methods of payment do you accept?
Our online ordering system accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and PayPal.

Is my transaction secure?
Yes, all orders are secure and encrypted. Our online orders are processed through PayPal, which uses industry leading security and fraud-prevention systems. You do not need a PayPal account to complete the transaction. Your financial information is not shared with us and is processed soley through PayPal. Once your transaction is complete you'll receive an emailed receipt.

What is your return and refund policy?
If you would like to return a print, the studio must receive notification within 2 days of receipt of the prints. The studio will refund your purchase, retaining a 25% processing fee. The customer is responsible for return shipping.
